We have a 30-day return policy for all our plants and gardening supplies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Yes, there are around 50 different colors available for customization. However, colors outside the featured color require a $5 fee per color to manage production efficiently.

A featured color is one we have extensively tested to ensure consistent quality. By focusing on one color, we can deliver high-quality products during the featured period.

One side of the product has a smoother texture because it directly touches the printing plate, giving it a polished finish. The other side is layered by the printer nozzle, resulting in a less uniform texture. You can choose which side to showcase based on your preference.

Thin, almost invisible threads may appear due to temperature differences during printing. These should not affect functionality and can be easily removed. For any visible defects, please email me at contact@noplanicplants.com for assistance.
